Cut-off for eligibility to vote at the Meeting under the authority set out in the Ontario Rules pursuant to section 15.3 of the National Rules is February 6th, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

Nominations closed at Noon, Sunday, February 5, 2012; all nomination forms required pursuant to section 6 of the Rules must have been received at the office of LPC(O) 10 St. Mary Street, Suite 205, Toronto, ON M4Y 1P9 (fax 416-921-3880).
